Sea Change and Tree Change
I lived in Sydney, Australia most of my life - and became a 'Refugee from Sydney' in 2002.
I have now been living on the mid North Coast of N.S.W. since then and have been through the issues associated with Sea/Tree Changing. This puts me in a good position to pass this experience and information on to others.
Maybe it will help you avoid some of the unnecessary mistakes that can be made when people relocate to their nirvana. It's not the same experience as when you holiday there !
Caution
Be wary of city-based Sea/Tree Change 'Advisors', 'Experts' and 'Consultants'. They usually present an excessively optimistic view of your prospects.
